About three new customers, a new colleague and a flow that is felt in everything we do.
Sometimes you just know: this is going to be a good year. Not because everything is perfectly planned, but because the energy is right. That feeling was already there in the first weeks of January.
During our first team moments, we expressed what we hoped to achieve. New collaborations, further growth and, above all, keep building in the way that suits us. What we didn't know at the time was how quickly those plans would become a reality.
As we look back on the start of this year, we are proud to say that we got off to a flying start.
New collaborations
Early in the year, we were able to add three new customers to our portfolio. Three organizations that consciously chose Motivz. These are moments that are not only important for our growth, but especially for the trust we receive.
I can't wait to hear us when the confirmation came in. Not a big spectacle, but that shared feeling: this is a result of working together. From having conversations, listening and sincerely thinking along.
The trajectories towards these collaborations were carefully structured. No quick signatures, but introductions where we really got to know each other. What drives an organization? What do they find important? And how can we join that in a way that suits us?
At the same time, something beautiful also happened internally. We welcomed Noortje Versleijen to our team as a new recruitment consultant. A fresh start, at a time when we were already moving as an organization.
Growth in energy
What makes this start special is that everything comes together. The new customers, Noortje's arrival and the energy within the team reinforce each other.
With our new collaborations, we once again noticed how important personal contact is. By really listening and not just sending, trust is created. And that trust forms the basis for long-term cooperation.
Noortje's arrival also brought new dynamism. New questions, new ideas and a fresh perspective. The first few weeks were about getting to know us and experiencing our culture. Not just explaining what we do, but above all making us feel who we are.
You notice that such a new colleague also sparks something from the rest of the team. We are looking at our way of working again and helping each other out. Growth is not only in numbers, but also in development.
What this says about us
If we summarize this period, it is not just about expansion. It's about trust and connection.
The three new customers show that our approach is appreciated. That organizations opt for cooperation where attention is central. Noortje's arrival shows that we continue to invest internally in strengthening and development.
The positive flow we feel is no coincidence. It is the result of working hard together, communicating openly and supporting each other. And yes, we also see that in the numbers.
Our conclusion
We look back on a period where a lot has happened in a relatively short time. Three valuable new collaborations and a new colleague to strengthen our team.
It gives energy to notice that everything is moving and that we are moving forward together. Not in a hurry, but with focus and confidence.
