In this position, you are the face of the distributor technology department. You interact daily with installers, suppliers and internal colleagues. You translate customer questions into appropriate customized solutions and ensure flawless order processing.

Among other things, you will be involved in:

• Preparing and following up offers;
• Providing technical advice to customers and partners;
• Processing and monitoring orders together with work preparation and production;
• Identifying commercial opportunities and contributing ideas about process improvement;

So a multi-faceted role, with a lot of responsibility and customer contact.

• MBO+/HBO work and thinking level (towards technology or commerce);
• Affinity with installation technology or distribution technology;
• Experience in a commercial office position is an advantage;
• Customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills;
• Accuracy and sense of responsibility
