As a Debtor Manager, you manage credit control, monitor payments and maintain customer relationships for financial health in a technical environment.

You will join a leading player in the technology sector, active in automotive and high-tech mechanical engineering. Within a compact, professional team, innovation and customer focus are key. You work from a shared service center that supports the Benelux, with an eye for sustainability and cooperation.

As a Debtor Manager, you manage your own customer portfolio and are responsible for the entire process. You carry out financial analyses of new customers, maintain daily contact with internal and external parties and monitor payments, with a strong focus on the Belgian market. In addition, you negotiate payment agreements and ensure that files are properly managed from start to finish.

A working day often starts with reviewing outstanding invoices, after which you interact with colleagues or customers about ongoing issues. In between, you carefully register files in systems such as MS Office and ERP tools and complete the day with actions that ensure that everything remains smooth and organized.

• MBO or HBO work and thinking level, or equivalent through experience
• Fluent command of Dutch and French (oral and written)
• Good computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems, etc.)
• Interested in the technology sector, preferably automotive or mechanical engineering
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Customer focus and communication skills
