As a Precision Mechanical Bank Worker, you are responsible for the last, crucial step in the production process. You review, process and perfect precision mechanical parts that have been pre-processed by machine. Think of micro-deburring, manual polishing or repairing damage, all accurate to the hundredth of a millimeter.

You work on both prototypes without a fixed approach and on complex series, developing or modifying tooling yourself. You read technical drawings, think in terms of solutions and switch smoothly between working independently and consulting with colleagues. Your goal is always clear: an error-free end result that meets the highest standards.

• Mbo level 3 or 4 towards metal/precision mechanics
• At least 3 years of experience as a precision mechanical bench worker or similar role
• Excellent technical insight and experience working at a micro level
• You can read and interpret technical drawings
• Accuracy, sense of responsibility and knowledge of materials
• You think creatively and solution-oriented when it comes to deviations or prototypes
• You work independently, but you are also a team player
