You will be working at an innovative and leading production company active in the high-tech manufacturing industry. Here, you work with the latest technologies, in an informal and professional work environment where craftsmanship and collaboration are key.

In this role, you will build, repair and modify precision tools, molds and attachments that are essential for a smooth production process. You work with various machines, such as lathes, milling and grinding machines, and know how to read technical drawings down to the smallest details. You also actively contribute ideas about how things can be done smarter, faster or better.

What your workday might look like:
You start the day with a short meeting about what's planned. Then you will work with a new tool that is needed for a production line that will start soon. After lunch, you tackle an existing mold that needs to be modified and discuss possible improvements with production colleagues. In between, you carry out accurate measurements with calipers and 3D measuring devices, among other things.

• Completed MBO course in Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaker or similar
• Experience with conventional and CNC machining techniques
• You can read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with precision mechanical assembly is an advantage
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proactive, independent and solution-oriented
• Willingness to work day shift or two shifts
