You will be working at a leading high-tech production organization active in mechanical engineering and systems construction. Here, advanced modules and complete systems are assembled for various industries. Innovation, quality and collaboration are key.
As a Systems Group Leader, you lead a team of approximately 30 engineers who are responsible for the assembly and qualification of high-tech systems. You organize the daily production schedule, monitor progress and ensure optimal availability of people, materials and resources.
You respond flexibly to a changing production load and are responsible for delivering systems in accordance with QLTC (Quality, Logistics, Technology & Costs) criteria. You identify and prevent bottlenecks, carefully coordinate technical deviations with the customer and implement improvement measures in cooperation with the Program Manager. In addition, you ensure staffing and actively work to strengthen your team.
