You will be working for an organization active in the underground infrastructure. The organization has a strong position within regional infrastructure projects. Collaboration is key within multidisciplinary project teams. A lot of attention is paid to safety, quality and continuous improvement. For you, this means working in a stable environment with room for initiative.
You are responsible for the daily management of executive teams within gas, water and electricity projects. You monitor safety, quality, planning and progress and ensure that work is carried out as agreed. In addition, you continuously coordinate work preparation and project management and act as the first point of contact at the project location. You coordinate the deployment of staff and equipment and keep an overview of several activities at the same time. You also monitor budgets and control the project administration. Finally, you coach and support employees in their daily work.
