As the main heat contractor, you are the point of contact at the project location. You monitor the progress, safety and quality of work — and manage your team to achieve the best results together. You work on a variety of heat projects throughout the Netherlands: from connecting existing homes to the realization of new heat networks.

A workday might look like this:
In the morning, you start with a day start on location. You coordinate with subcontractors, check staff planning and supervise safety. During the day, you maintain contact with clients, identify deviations in implementation and make adjustments where necessary. In between, you keep a close eye on work preparation and discuss technical solutions with your team. This way, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to plan.

• MBO-4 or higher professional education level of work and thinking, preferably in civil engineering or mechanical engineering
• Demonstrable experience as an executor or chief executor in the (underground) infrastructure
• Familiar with heat networks, energy distribution or similar projects
• Strong communication skills and natural leadership
• You monitor the schedule, identify deviations and switch quickly where necessary
• You are 80% present on location and 20% in the office, and you like that variety
• Able to put safety and quality at the heart of every project

• Salary between €4,500 and €6,800 gross per month, depending on experience
