As a Mechanical Bench Worker, you are responsible for performing machining operations such as milling, drilling and tapping. You mainly work with high-quality materials such as titanium and inconel on single pieces or small series. On the basis of technical drawings and work assignments, you will carry out your work independently.
A typical workday consists of:

• Analyzing work preparation and drawings;
• Independently set up and operate conventional machines;
• Monitoring tolerances and performing measurements with precision instruments;
• Solving editing challenges based on material behavior;
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure product quality.

You are a professional who works with dedication and accuracy. You also bring:

• A completed LBO/MBO course in precision mechanics or similar;
• At least 3 years of experience as a mechanical bench worker;
• Knowledge and experience with conventional milling, drilling and tapping;
• Experience with processing materials such as titanium and inconel is an advantage;
• Independence, quality awareness and a keen eye for detail;
• Willingness to work in shifts;
• Good communication and social skills.
