Coordinate the production process of unique and innovative machines for international use.
You will be working for an internationally operating manufacturer in innovative machine building. Here, customized structures and systems are developed that are used worldwide. The company combines craftsmanship with creativity and works with modern production methods to create extraordinary end products over and over again. The working atmosphere is informal, involved and focused on collaboration.
In this role, you assess designs on manufacturability, costs, quality and logistics and actively contribute ideas about improvements. You set up an efficient product flow, incorporate it into the ERP system and ensure that all materials, parts and work instructions are available in a timely manner. You supervise the entire production process, identify bottlenecks and solve them quickly. With regular meetings with project management, purchasing and production, you monitor progress and feasibility. In short: you are the director who makes the technical process run smoothly from drawing to the final product.
