As an Electrical Engineering Production Engineer, you are the link between technology and execution. You bring structure to processes and keep a keen eye on everything that is going on.

In this role, you are the connecting factor between project management, purchasing, engineering, production and assembly. You ensure that technical specifications are translated into an efficient product flow and that everything — from materials to work instructions — fits together perfectly.

A typical day at work?

• You start by reviewing working drawings and product specifications.
• Then you draw up clear work instructions and process all the information in the ERP system.
• You consult with production and purchasing about schedules and identify bottlenecks in a timely manner.
• In between, you keep in close contact with the warehouse, assembly and logistics to monitor progress.
• You also actively contribute ideas about process optimization.

• Completed MBO course in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
• Experience in a technical environment, preferably in machine building or construction
• Process-wise, strong and able to keep an overview
• Coordination and persuasion
• Accurate, stress-resistant and proactive
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages
