As a Project Planner, you are responsible for setting up, monitoring and updating project schedules. You coordinate planning between departments such as engineering, production and service, and ensure that all activities are linked. You develop and maintain planning processes, identify bottlenecks and proactively contribute to solutions.

A working day can include coordinating schedules with fellow planners, updating the overall project schedule and reporting on progress and risks. You stimulate collaboration between disciplines, monitor resources and ensure that the planning process continues to professionalize. You are the spider in the web that makes everything run smoothly.

You are accurate, switch easily between departments and know how to structure complex processes. You also have:

• At least an HBO level of work and thinking in a technical field or technical business administration.
• At least 2 years of experience in a planning position within a technical environment.
• Demonstrable experience in coordinating multidisciplinary planning.
• Knowledge of planning software, experience with MS Project is an advantage.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong communication skills and a structured, independent work attitude.
• Experience with process optimization and developing planning processes is an advantage.
