As Project Manager, you are the linchpin between the customer and the project team. You supervise projects from the quote process to delivery, with a focus on quality, time and budget. You mainly work on train projects and standard roller coaster projects.
A working day can look like this: you start with a meeting where you discuss project progress with engineers, work planners and buyers. Then you coordinate wishes and adjustments with the customer. You identify opportunities and risks, take advantage of improvements and ensure that the project team remains motivated and focused.
You combine natural leadership with strong communication and are continuously focused on achieving optimal results for customers and organizations.
