As Project Manager UCPM (Ultra Conditioned Precision Modules), you are the one who brings everything and everyone together. You ensure that technology, planning and collaboration seamlessly connect.

You guide your multidisciplinary team with a coaching and steering approach. You keep the lines of communication with customers short and switch effortlessly over commercial and technical details.

At the same time, you keep an overview: you monitor progress, make adjustments where necessary and keep a grip on the budget. From purchasing to production, from engineers to management, you know how to involve everyone at the right time.

You won't let go of the technology itself either: you actively contribute ideas about assemblies, tooling and ensuring quality.

A typical day at work? It may start with a customer meeting, followed by a team meeting where you can quickly address bottlenecks. Then an update with the purchasing department, and at the end of the day, you send a clear report to the management. Not a day is the same, but always on the move.

• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in a technical environment
• Proven experience in high-tech projects (e.g. modules, systems, machine building)
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and oral
• Decisive, stress-resistant and with an eye for detail
• Connectivity and coaching style
• Combining a helicopter view with a hands-on mentality
• Analytically and communicatively strong
• Motivational leadership, with an eye for team development
