You will actively search for suitable candidates for our great clients and schedule introductory interviews for this. You guide the candidate from A to Z to a new job and ultimately guide our seconded employees during their secondment processes. You do this by carrying out HR-related activities, such as evaluation and career interviews.

In addition, you will manage your own client market and explore it through acquisition. We provide you with the basics of clients you can work for, but we also expect you to build your own client portfolio. You do this by having sales conversations with potential clients and thoroughly identifying the motives clients have for working with Motivz. The approach is that we always start from the long-term relationship with our clients and you will take care of this!

So it's important that you can switch quickly and keep multiple balls in the air.
