As Senior Project Manager NPI, you give direction to technical innovation. You manage multidisciplinary teams, monitor quality and progress, and are the link between development and volume production. This is where you make an impact from day one.

As Senior Project Manager NPI, you will supervise the entire process of new products to be introduced — from the development phase to the 'release for volume'. You are ultimately responsible for all technical, financial, logistical and quality aspects of your projects. You manage a team consisting of specialists in the fields of engineering, supply chain, production and quality.

A working day is dynamic and varied: you discuss progress with your team, coordinate technical details with the customer, monitor project milestones and optimize production and logistics processes. At the same time, you keep a sharp eye on planning, budget and quality. You act as a hub between product development and volume production, with the aim of a manufacturable, scalable and high-quality end product.

• HBO or WO diploma in Technical Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in project management within the high-tech manufacturing industry
• Proven experience with industrialization processes and multidisciplinary teams
• Outstanding leadership and organisational skills
• High-level technical and commercial insight
• Familiar with QLTC goals and production optimization
• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
