In this versatile position, you work in the front office, back office and parts department. You are the face at the counter, advise customers, process workshop administration and arrange parts. No day is the same and you are the linchpin between customer, warehouse and workshop.

As a Service and Parts Advisor, you rotate between the front office, back office and warehouse. At the counter and phone, you are the first point of contact for customers. You listen to their needs, give advice and translate this into clear instructions for the workshop. In the back office, you prepare quotes, monitor progress and take care of the administrative processing. In the warehouse, you ensure that parts are ordered and delivered to technicians on time.
A working day can look like this: you start receiving customers for maintenance, then process incoming parts and prepare a quote for additional work on a vehicle. After lunch, you inform a customer about the progress of the repair, process the invoice and end the day delivering parts to mechanics.
