As an Audi Sport Service Advisor, you are the point of contact. With hospitality and technical knowledge, you ensure satisfied customers and a smooth course of maintenance and repairs.

In this role, you are responsible for receiving and advising customers, planning activities and monitoring progress. A working day can start with welcoming a sporty Audi driver for a service, followed by coordinating unexpected repairs and ending with handing over keys after a successful service.

• MBO or higher professional education, preferably in the field of automotive or technology.
• Experience in a customer-oriented position within the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Affinity with technology and premium car brands.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eye for detail and service-oriented down to the last detail.
• Driving license B.
