As a Service Advisor, you combine your technical knowledge with your talent for service and customer experience. You are the one who ensures that customers can always hit the road feeling good.
You will join a professional and customer-oriented organization that specializes in company cars. The focus is on quality, reliability and building lasting relationships with customers. Within the team, collaboration is key and you get the space to develop yourself.
In this role, you are the link between the workshop and the customer. You receive customers, discuss maintenance and repair needs and make clear agreements. In addition, you set work orders, plan activities and keep customers informed about progress. A working day can start with hiring a customer with an urgent question, followed by coordinating planning with technicians and thinking about the best solution. Thanks to your involvement and knowledge, the customer feels heard and helped.
