As a Service Coordinator, you ensure that maintenance and fault orders are arranged from A to Z. You schedule appointments, maintain contact with customers and technicians and ensure that the right parts are available on time.
A working day? This starts with checking the incoming notifications. You then coordinate the schedule with the field service technicians and inform customers about progress. In between, you keep in touch with suppliers, identify deviations and ensure correct administrative processing. Thanks to your overview and clear communication, everything runs smoothly.
