Your day doesn't start at the office, but directly from home. With your lunch package and radio on, you will go to customers to inspect, maintain and resolve internal transport equipment. You ensure that everything keeps running — literally and figuratively.
This technical service provider is known for its customer-oriented approach and high-quality service. Here, innovation and quality go hand in hand with attention to employees, personal development and job satisfaction.
As a Service Engineer, you are responsible for carrying out maintenance, resolving faults and inspecting internal transport equipment at customers in your region. You work independently, have a lot of customer contact and keep track of your work on your work laptop.
What your workday might look like:
In the morning, you start at home, check your schedule via the laptop and get into your well-filled service car. Your first customer has an electric pallet truck that doesn't charge properly — you know how to locate and fix the problem quickly. You then drive on to a regular customer for scheduled maintenance on a diesel forklift. In between, take some time to chat with the customer and have lunch in the sun. At the end of the afternoon, you register the activities and provide any advice. No day is the same, but it is always technically challenging and independent.
Connecting engineering professionals to our clients is what we do at Motivz. We work with the idea “do what you say and say what you do”. With this in mind, we have already achieved a lot together with our candidates and clients. We are extremely proud of this and can't wait to take the next step with you and achieve your ambitions!
