As a Service Desk Employee, you are the point of contact for all ICT-related questions. You support colleagues with problems related to hardware, software or accounts. You register reports in the system, solve them independently or transfer them to the second line. In addition, you contribute ideas about improving internal IT services. You work in a young and enthusiastic team that focuses on cooperation and development.
A typical day at work? You start processing incoming tickets. You help a colleague with an account problem, configure a new laptop for a starter, and deal with your ICT colleagues about a persistent printer failure. No day is the same and you are constantly learning.
