In this role, you are responsible for realizing the assembly activities in your department. Based on the schedule, you draw up weekly plans and coordinate with fellow team leaders, the production planner and the production manager. You work closely with line coordinators and other departments such as logistics, HR and quality.

A typical workday starts with a day start with your team, discussing the goals and details of the day. Then you analyze production data and provide feedback on where adjustments need to be made. In between, you coach employees on the floor and are the point of contact in case of questions or malfunctions. In the afternoon, you will work on improvement projects and coordinate capacity and planning with other departments. You are constantly on the pulse to achieve the KPIs and keep the collaboration strong.
