As a Manufacturing Engineer NPI, you will be working on the front line of high-tech innovation. You assess new designs for manufacturability, determine the optimal manufacturing strategy and ensure that everyone is on the same page. As a Manufacturing Engineer NPI, you are involved in new customer projects from the first moment. You assess designs for manufacturability and work closely with engineers, production, quality and customer teams to ensure a flawless start of production.

A typical day at work? You start by reviewing new customer drawings and discussing technical feasibility with engineering colleagues. You draw up a smart manufacturing strategy, carry out feasibility studies where necessary and coordinate the design of the process with production. Through the glass walls of the factory, you can see your plans become reality. You safeguard all technical specifications, draw up instructions and ensure that everything is ready for a successful production start. Your work doesn't stop with delivery — you keep optimizing and innovating.

We are looking for a passionate engineer who combines process thinking with technical depth. You bring with you:

• A completed higher professional education or university degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within high-tech or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly and qualification.
• Experience with TPD and control plans is an advantage.
• Analytically strong, solution-oriented and communicative.
• Proactive team player with an eye for detail and the big picture.
