In the position of Workshop Manager, you are responsible for managing a team of service engineers and keeping maintenance and repair work running smoothly. You plan and coordinate workshop activities, ensure a safe and efficient work environment and monitor the progress and quality of all activities. In addition, you are the first point of contact for technical issues and you ensure that the customer experiences top service. You report directly to the regional manager and work intensively with other departments.
