Technology, customer contact and structure? You take care of it. Whether it's a technical failure, a service visit or purchasing parts — you make sure everything is correct. As a Work Planner, you are the linchpin between customer, mechanics and technology.
You will join an internationally operating organization within the food process industry. From a close-knit team, you work with service technicians, engineers and sales colleagues, spread across the Netherlands and beyond. The work atmosphere? Open, professional and collegial.
Your role is dynamic: one day you prepare offers for technical upgrades, the next day you answer customer questions or prepare for a failure. You ensure that your field service colleagues know exactly what to expect and keep an overview of multiple projects at the same time.
