As a Management Assistant, you are the indispensable link for management in a technical environment. No day is the same and your commitment really makes the difference.

This is a technical organization active in the high-tech machine building and/or automotive environment, with an open and informal atmosphere, short lines of communication and a pragmatic approach. You will join a team where professionalism is paramount, but where there is also attention for colleagues and a good work culture.

Functie

In your role as Management Assistant, you support the management team in a variety of activities: from agenda management and correspondence to document management, archiving and scheduling and minutes of meetings. A typical workday can start with updating the agenda, responding to emails from internal and external contacts, preparing for an executive meeting with related documents, and following action items. After that, you organize communication about an ongoing project, maintain the archive system and you are the point of contact for both colleagues and external partners. You are the connecting factor between different functions, keep an overview and act independently and accurately.

Functie-eisen

  • Completed MBO 4 course in a relevant direction
  • Several years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a technical or industrial environment
  • Good control of MS 365 applications and experience with communication tools within an organization
  • Organizationally strong, accurate and good at planning and prioritizing
  • Communicative, proactive and service-oriented
  • Strong in working independently as well as in a team
  • Available for a minimum of approximately 32—40 hours per week
